How-do-you-do. I purchased a 3000 living room set. They talked me into protection plan. Don't waste your time. Nearly nothing is covered. I am waiting over ii years to ship a replacement through pillow. Never again.

My entire home is Raymour & Flanigan and I have worked with many sales associates. I am happy with everything I take purchased. My last purchases were made with salesman Philip **. He is by far the nearly talented, caring representative of Raymour. He is a young man who possesses the values that have long since been lost. Bravo Raymour & Flanigan. He is a treasure and I am lucky to have worked with him.

Heir-apparent beware - this couch is junk. Less than 3 months afterward receiving my delivery the cushions started coming autonomously at the piping/seams. I called, they sent new covers and the same matter happened. And so the chase comprehend did it and they have been out 3 times with the wrong replacement covers. Skilful affair is now I have several sets to supervene upon the continuing upshot on the other cushions. We paid almost 4,000.00 and am and then disappointed with the quality and that client service can't practice the fix correctly. I will give them points for responding to emails, showing up when they say simply other than that not much skillful I can say.

I bought a Beauty Residual Katarina luxury firm pillow top mattress from Raymour & Flanigan, it price me in the thousands. Since I spent and then much coin I thought it would be a good idea to too purchase the "Platinum Protection Plan", which was intended to cover rips, cuts and punctures amongst many other supposed protections. When I received the mattress while moving it on the bed frame the handles to the mattress ripped without me doing annihilation more than just but moving the mattress.

By the time I was able to written report the consequence while still under coverage the visitor gave me the run around for a few months and then proceeded to tell me that the rips on the sides of the mattress were not covered and that in that location was nothing that I can do about it. Worst of it all was that I had received different information from a customer service representative. The manager so proceeded to tell me that a person by that name did not work there all while being very unprofessional. Accept your business organisation elsewhere.

Bought set in October, take had service here twice for the table, BUT when a chair broke they told us to put in corner and they would be ordering part to set. half dozen to 8 calendar week wait. Have talked to service, sales and no help.

I purchased a Kellner Leather Power Sofa and Chair both west/ Power Headrest. Paid about $4K for both pieces dorsum on January viii, 2022. I received the sofa the last week in January but it's missing the bar that goes under the foot rest. I called the store right away, told the rep the sofa is not what I expected, is very uncomfortable, information technology's missing a piece and we're still missing the chair. I asked if in that location was a way to exchange it for something similar maybe microfiber instead of leather. I gave her the item number of the 2 pieces I was considering (fifty-fifty said: I'g not looking to become coin back. I'm ok with store credit for the difference). She told me she'd have to speak with her managing director & would telephone call me back inside 2 hours. Despite the many attempts I made to go in affect with her, texts messages and calls but no answer.

A whole month went past until I heard from her over again. She called to find out if I received the chair which by the mode, as of today, I haven't received. Totally disregarded my previous complaints and when I reminded her of our chat, she said: "Oh, I empathise but we do not accept any returns in one case delivered." I took out the most comfortable four seat reclining sofa which I purchased at Bob'southward for 1/3 of what I paid for my new sofa, had information technology for viii years, had a trouble i with one of the seats, their claims dept replaced it within two weeks later I sent them 2 photos & a description of the trouble. Keep asking myself why didn't I get dorsum to Bob's or Overstocked and or Wayfair. The savings would have been substantial with whatsoever of these stores & meliorate customer service for certain...

Thought I was helping local stores by shopping in my area but R&F In Valley Stream, NY doesn't care near you. They just want your hard earned money. She "I'grand pitiful only we don't have anything back once information technology'due south been delivered". Since the sofa is missing a slice, they gave me a telephone number to request service. I called twice. Left a message concluding Tuesday. No callback withal. I'm going to the store today to cancel the chair. Hope I go at least the $1500 for the chair since it hasn't been delivered. What a disappointment. Never over again. I wonder if the store has a director or they are too decorated to return calls.

We purchased sofa, loveseat, 3 table package back in June 2021 from Taft Piece of furniture. Paid in full at time of purchase. Was told delivery would be 3 weeks. Due to supply concatenation problems, sofa and loveseat weren't delivered until August 28th 2021 and tables were back ordered again. After several calls over the next few months, we were told delivery would exist by the end of January 2022. Feb 1st came forth and I called and was informed Raymour and Flanigan was dumb enough to purchase Taft Furniture. We were also informed tables would be delivered within 60 days of taking over, merely R&F needed proof that nosotros purchased the tables!! Had to really send R&F a copy of the receipt to bear witness I paid for tables 6 months prior that haven't been delivered however!

After proving we weren't lying to the near unpleasant R&F representative, nosotros were informed the tables would be delivered within three weeks. Tables were delivered two weeks later, but with scratches. Called R&F and was told "WE Will Ship SOMEONE OUT, Simply IT WILL Price Y'all $125.00!! I asked if she was kidding, but she said that was their policy!! Then, R&F'south policy is that they can deliver yous damaged furniture and await yous to pay to have it fixed!!! We went to the store in Saratoga Springs and they told us the aforementioned thing!!! Not sure who to take this to, but wanted to warn the public that Raymour and Flanigan will non honor their warranty and will arraign the manufacturer for whatsoever defect and not repair what yous paid them for! Shop elsewhere!!!!

I strongly wouldn't recommend buying from Oakhurst R&F. Lissa Southward-1000 the immediately sales associate deceived me. I told her I specifically wanted a wall hugger recliner. She sold me a chair that'southward non a wall hugger. It is non functional in my apt when I utilize my wheelchair. Lissa sold me the expensive protection plan & bodacious me if there were any bug, information technology would be taken intendance of. Another misleading argument. The chair makes noise & doesn't open up smoothly. I chosen customer care immediately to report the issues. I was told "Too Bad. Once I take possession of it, it's mine".

Be sure to audit any delivery thoroughly as R&F does non accept returns even if information technology's defective. The color of the chair is different than the ane in the store and website. They didn't desire to deliver inside the 3 day guarantee either. I find R&F to be unethical, unscrupulous, unprofessional. Don't make the same mistakes I did by buying annihilation from R&F. All other article of furniture stores don't charge for shipping, they accept a return policy for defective merchandise, treat you lot like a valued customer. Not R&F, specially Lissa S-G in the Oakhurst location.

Nosotros purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame exactly two years ago. Since and then it has been a horror story. The bed frame was replaced within 48 hours of installation, then at xi months and again at 23 months post purchase the control box on the bed frame failed. At present seven days since the last control box was replaced it has failed again. R&F service response time is averaging 3+ days but to get back to us and fifty-fifty then keeps pushing information technology off on the manufacturer, despite u.s.a. having purchased a Platinum Service contract (which is not a service contract). At present nosotros accept a non-functioning bed frame, needing even so another control box and my options are:

a. Supervene upon the box again and pray.
b. Replace the adjustable base with the same vendor/model and pray.

c. Spend even more money with R&F in the hope that the side by side model up the chain or a different vendor's model is better.

Oh and PS: if we choose option b or c, the Platinum Contract ceases to exist at that point. Should have stayed with Mattress Firm. Lesson learned. We will never do business with Raymour and Flanigan again.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the services of our salesperson, Erik **. Mr. ** showed great patience, noesis and kindness in helping us make a mattress selection. His assistance in dealing with my disability was so much appreciated. I highly recommend him to anyone who shops at Raymour and Flanigan. The entire staff was as well very helpful.
